Copyright and the Law
Here are the definitions for these words:
Copy free --> ???
- Copyright - the legal right granted to an author, composer, playwright, publisher, or distributor to exclusive publication, production, sale, or distribution of a literary, musical, dramatic, or artistic work.
- Copy Free - a term used to identify the freedom to copy, use, modify, and distribute what you possess. It is a philosophy that stands in contrast to both copyright and copyleft, in that it does not seek to limit or restrict your rights regarding your possessions at all.
- Trade Mark - a distinctive name, symbol, motto, or design that legally identifies a company or its products and services, and it prevents others from using identical or similar marks.
- Creative Commons - a non-profit organization headquartered in Mountain View, California, United States devoted to expanding the range of creative works available for others to build upon legally and to share.
- Royalty Free - the ability to use intellectual property without paying a royalty free (usually related to music).
- GNU Licensed - a free, copyleft license for software and other kinds of works. The GNU General Public License is intended to guarantee your freedom to share and change all versions of a program--to make sure it remains free software for all its users.
- Public Domain - works which are not owned by someone, and therefore not protected by copyright.

Checking Your Sources
Here are a few tips for you to check that whether a video is a hoax or not:
- First, you should check to see who made it.
- And when did they make it.
- You should also know the aims of the site.
- Also, you should try checking the information given in the video to see if it correct.
- You should reconsider if the information is biased in any way
Flotilla Protests Homework
• Have you had a look on various sources to find out what Marc (Marc3pax)does?
Before watching this video, I didn't get a chance to find out who Marc is. But after watching it and found it a little weird, I started to look down and the comments for this video and his YouTube channel. When I went to his YouTube channel, I found no other video and his profile wasn't really clear. For the comments, there were many comments saying that these things are not real.
• How does this video relate to the flotilla movement?
This video is related to the flotilla movement since Marc mentioned Hamas and a little bit about Israeli-Paslestinians. Also he mentioned about the Free Gaza Movement.
• Is the video objective (based on facts; unbiased)?
I think this video is very biased, and most of them are not facts. I think so because most of his information, he didn't provide us with any reliable sources. Also, he used omission to leave out a lot of facts and give us a different view on what is really happening.
• Is there evidence supporting Marc3pax’s findings?
There were some evidences for what he said such as photos and videos to support some of the things he said in the video. But for the most part, he just said stuffs without giving any proves. Also, in the video, he didn't really let the users know who he really is.

Blogging Guidelines
The rule I was given is DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.
QUESTION: What would the consequences of breaking this rule?
- I think this is a very important rule in which will help you stay safe online, so most of the people who breaks this rule will have many bad consequences. One way this can harm you is that other person can steal your identity. They can fake your identity and do bad stuffs to the community, in the end, the person who will get punish is you not them. Another way is that maybe a thief see your address, they will probably go to your house, take your stuffs, and in some bad situations, you might get kill. Those are just some ways in which you could be harm. So be careful what you post online, because if you provide too much information, it might harm you.

ICT's Target
Helloo, my name is Jessica Nguyen. I am an 8th grader in American International School. I like to listen to music, sing, play sports and read books. I like the color pink <3
There are many targets I have when I'm having ICT, but my main target in ICT this year is becoming good at graphic designs. I think this will be quite helpful for me in the future.
